Billing and plans
Do prices include VAT?+
No, the prices shown exclude VAT. You'll see the VAT-inclusive total clearly at checkout.
Can I pay monthly?+
For now we take payment yearly by bank transfer: you pay for 10 months and use it for 12, so two months are free.
What happens if I run out of AI credits?+
You can't start new optimizations, but everything you've done stays in place. Credits renew at the start of every month, or you can move up a plan. The 50-optimization trial on the Free plan is given once.
What if I hit my widget view quota?+
You get a heads-up at 80%. At 100%, widgets pause until the end of the month; your site isn't affected. They come back on their own in the new month.
How can I pay?+
For now, by bank transfer: just add the payment reference to the transfer description and your plan opens as soon as it's approved. Card payments are coming soon.
